The WIND RIVER COMPANY LLC is a Limited Liability Company founded, owned, & operated by Richard E "Rick" Dennis.  The Company's areas of expertise includes four divisions with each division representing registered trademarks of the Company, e.g.:

WRC representatives have been providing business and industry with the latest, up-to-date, state of the art, and unsurpassed technological drug and alcohol testing and security related services available since 1984.  

RICHARD E DENNIS - Founder & Owner

  • Graduate of the UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, FEDERAL BUREAU OF NARCOTICS AND DANGEROUS DRUGS training academy in 1973.
  • Former Drug Enforcement Special Agent
  • Certified professional Law Enforcement K-9 Instructor/Trainer.
  • Combined drug law enforcement, investigative, and private security experience spanning 38 years.
  • Innovative development and introduction of modified drug enforcement programs, similar to those in place by law enforcement to deter drug use in our society, revolutionized the manner and perception used by the private sector to reduce or eliminate illegal drug use in the work force.  Drug prevention programs and policies, authored and implemented by him, are n place and as viable today as when first introduced.   

EXPERIENCE & SAFETY RECORD

WRC representaitves have performed services in some of the harshest and most dangerous enviromental condictions one could encounter both nationally and internationally.  On-site jobs constituting hundreds of thousands of man hours have been worked and millions of miles traveled without one reportable incident, accident, or lost time accident.  An enviable safety record for the Company but more importantly a testament to our dedication to service.  This zero tolerance to accidents is directly related to an extremely low experience modifier rating (EMR) with the insurance rating industry.  The Company's drug testing and security service record includes performing services in myriad geographical areas, e.g.:

  • Importing CALIFORNIA STOCK HORSES (Reined Cow Horses) from the legendary Ward Ranch, Inc., Tulare, California.  The Stock Horse is world renouned as the tri-athelete of the performance horse industry.
  • Division managed by Richard E "Rick" Dennis.  Rick's a professional horseman and trainer with years of experience in the training and show arena, as well as a life member of AQHA.
